How to Redeem

Once you’ve purchase your Gift Voucher, you will receive the Gift Voucher by email as an e-ticket.

The gift can then be redeemed next time they buy a ticket from The Ticket Factory – Click ‘Pay with a Gift Voucher’ when presented.

Terms & Conditions

Vouchers must be exchanged for a ticket and all tickets are subject to availability. Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase and must be used by the expiry date above. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for products or merchandise.
