Our team is made of a friendly bunch of people! All departments work closely together across the business including Client Services, Customer Services, Management Information, Group Sales, Marketing, Business Development and IT.

Work Hard, Play Harder

Our contact centre is the hub of our modern and comfortable offices at The NEC and provides a customer focused booking service from Our lines are open from 9am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 5pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Our Sales Advisors are professional and highly-skilled communicators and work annualised hours on a flexible rota covering shifts between 9am to 7pm. Primarily based in the contact centre, our staff also get to work a variety of live events both on site at our venues and off site around the UK.
