Disabled Bookings

Access Requirements Register

ABOUT

We take customers access needs very seriously and we are proud of the developments we have made to make online bookings possible for disabled people.

In 2016, we became the first organisation to link with the Access Card scheme to make online sales available to disabled customers. We have now gone one step further allowing customers to register their requirements for FREE, opening the online journey to more customers. This is a requirement moving forward to allow the right tickets to be sold to the right people, so please take advantage and pre-register to make it easier and quicker to get those selling tickets!!!

The new FREE registration scheme for deaf and disabled customers will result in access requirements being linked to a Ticket Factory account. This will allow you to choose the best tickets to meet your requirements. Don’t’ panic there will still be our Contact Centre for those who prefer to use the phone and for complex booking requirements that aren’t available online, but again you will need to provide your registration number. We are just opening the online journey up, so you can secure those tickets when a big artist goes on sale.

We will be working with more of our clients in the future, but will be currently available for events at Utilita Arena Birmingham and Genting Arena.

WHO IS OUR PARTNER?

We've chosen to pass the registration scheme onto the same organisation that runs the 'Access Card'. Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

When you register, Nimbus Disability will handle all your information securely and safely without us ever having cause to see the detail behind why you need accessible seating options.

Once you've registered, Nimbus will then provide you with a unique registration number which you can then use to link your access needs into our system.

If you are not able to use online forms and would be unable, because of the nature of your impairment, to access online sales you do still need to register. Nimbus will be able to assist with telephone registration on 0330 808 5108.

Please note that we will still be accepting and validating Access Card holders online and via our Contact Centre.

HOW TO LINK NIMBUS AND TICKET FACTORY ACCOUNTS

The Nimbus team behind the Access Card will process your registration within 72 hours.

Once your registration has been approved…

• Log in to your Ticket Factory account, click on ‘Disabled Access’ and enter your unique code that has been provided by Nimbus.
• For all future ticket purchases, you will be able to login to your account and then purchase tickets for events at the Genting Arena and Utilita Arena Birmingham.
• If you have already reserved tickets with The Ticket Factory, you can call them to complete the purchase. Details will be included in your confirmation email.

Don’t worry if you want to call within 72 hours of the event and you don’t have to time to validate, we will place your tickets as ‘Collect at Box Office, where you will be asked to provide evidence.

HOW DOES IT WORK

After you have logged into your Ticket Factory account and entered your registration number, we simply pull through your requirements from Nimbus. This in turn will then show seats associated to your requirements on any Genting Arena or Utilita Arena Birmingham events where there is availability for those seats.

LATE BOOKERS

Don’t worry if you want to call within 72 hours of the event and you don’t have to time to validate, we will place your tickets as ‘Collect at Box Office, where you will be asked to provide evidence.
